Green buses, pedestrians, confused passengers and taxi cabs collide at the corner of 8th Avenue and W31st Street, next to the lot used as an open-air terminal for long-distance bus company FlixBus. “What is happening on that sidewalk and your lot is a disgrace,” co-chair of Manhattan Community Board 4 (MCB4) Christine Berthet told company representatives at a recent meeting.
