Hell’s Kitchen was bracing itself this morning for one of New York’s biggest snowstorms. Weather forecasters are predicting that 1-2 inches per hour will fall throughout the day and into tomorrow. At times winds will gust up to 40 miles per hour, bringing near-blizzard conditions.
