The new LGBTQ+ hotspot, FLEX, has just thrown open its doors to a chorus of cheers from the local crowd. We snagged a sit-down with the masterminds behind this transformation, James Healey and Jason Wade Mann, for the lowdown on the work they put in to turn their dream into reality.

As a Hell's Kitchen resident since 2005, I have lived in both the W30s and W50s. After a 15 year career in the luxury fashion industry, I made a pivot to community advocacy in 2020.
